Colour Dot Coffee is a passion project of a long-serving coffee professional located in Newcastle. The concept behind Colour Dot comes from the synesthetic quality of tasting high-quality specialty coffee. All our coffees are sourced from ethically minded importers, and we are lucky enough to highlight the hard work of the producers at origin. Our coffee is roasted to produce a clean and clear flavour, not hiding behind burnt notes. We hand-selected some of the brightest and most colourful coffee options that are best enjoyed black but also have a sweet, clean balanced Foundation to pair with milk.

We find coffee a to be more that a morning pick me up. The Dots depicts the visual elements of taste, structure, intensity, mouth feel and main key flavours of the coffees we have been privileged to purchase.
While the colour dot team are not artists, graphic designers, these are the best visualisations we can muster with limited training of skill. guide, references, but key elements are hopefully present.
